# DigiDala — Rules

**Revision:** 1.0
**Revision date:** 03.10.2026

These Rules define the basic requirements for user conduct and moderation in DigiDala. They form part of the User Agreement.

## 1. Basic principle

The user must use DigiDala lawfully and in good faith and must not create unreasonable risks for other users, the Operator or the operation of the service.

## 2. Prohibited actions

The following are prohibited in DigiDala:

- threatening, stalking, bullying or intentionally humiliating other users;
- posting sexual or explicitly pornographic content;
- distributing spam, fraudulent schemes or intentionally misleading information;
- posting materials for which the user does not have the necessary rights;
- posting illegal content or using the service for unlawful actions;
- hacking the service, attempting unauthorized access, bypassing technical restrictions or interfering with the server-side operation;
- manipulating payments, the Pix balance, mechanic results or other service data;
- abusing the complaint system, moderation or support requests;
- taking actions that materially interfere with the operation of DigiDala or with other users.

## 3. User content

The user is responsible for the messages, images and other materials they post.

If content violates the Rules, applicable law or third-party rights, DigiDala may limit its public display or apply other measures provided by these Rules.

## 4. Complaints

The user may report the content of an individual cell or the public visual of a mandala through the available reporting mechanism.

A report must be made in good faith and relate to actual content or a real violation. Knowingly false, mass or repeated reports used to pressure other users or bypass normal service operation may be treated as a violation of the Rules.

## 5. Moderation

Depending on the circumstances, the Operator may:

- dismiss a report;
- hide a user's name;
- hide a message;
- hide cell content;
- hide the public visual of the entire mandala;
- temporarily restrict a user or individual functions;
- block a user.

The measure is selected with regard to the nature of the violation, whether it is repeated and its impact on the service.

Moderation may apply to a specific mandala cycle. If a violation concerns only the content of the current cycle, this does not automatically mean that the history of previous cycles is deleted.

## 6. Blocking

When blocked, a user may lose access to all of DigiDala or to individual functions.

Blocking does not by itself mean an automatic refund of previously completed payments. Payment inquiries are handled separately in accordance with the payment and refund terms and applicable law.

## 7. Correction and restoration

If a moderation decision was made in error or circumstances have changed, the Operator may restore hidden content or change the applied restriction.

Restoring public content does not necessarily mean restoring other restrictions related to moderation.

## 8. Law and Telegram

These Rules do not authorize actions prohibited by law.

The user must also comply with applicable Telegram rules. Where mandatory legal requirements conflict with these Rules, mandatory legal requirements apply.

## 9. Changes

The Rules may be updated as DigiDala develops. The current version must be available to users through the bot and Mini App.
