# DigiDala — Payments & Refunds

## 1. General payment rules

DigiDala digital goods and services inside Telegram are paid for using Telegram Stars in accordance with Telegram rules.

Before payment, the user is shown the purpose and price of the operation.

Telegram Stars are virtual units of Telegram used to purchase digital goods and services inside Telegram. The user acquires Stars from Telegram or the relevant payment provider separately from the transaction with DigiDala.

## 2. What can be purchased in DigiDala

Depending on the current version of the service, the user may:

- voluntarily support the project;
- purchase a DigiDala digital value, such as Pix.

## 3. Supporting the project

The "Support the project" operation is intended as voluntary support for the development of DigiDala.

Unless the interface expressly states otherwise before payment, such a payment by itself does not provide the user with a separate product, service or guaranteed digital benefit.

The refund procedure is determined by applicable law, Telegram terms and the circumstances of the particular operation.

## 4. Purchase of Pix

After a successful payment for Pix, the user receives the amount of Pix specified in the relevant invoice or purchase interface.

Pix are an internal digital value of DigiDala and are used under the service rules. They are not Telegram Stars and do not mean that Stars are being purchased from or resold by DigiDala to the user.

Unless the specific interface states otherwise, Pix cannot be withdrawn by the user as money or Telegram Stars.

## 5. Errors and failure to receive a digital value

The user should contact support if:

- Stars were charged but the paid digital value was not provided;
- the wrong amount or quantity was provided;
- the operation was completed with a confirmed technical error;
- a duplicate or otherwise erroneous charge occurred.

To review the inquiry, DigiDala may request payment information, including the amount, approximate time of the operation and payment identifier.

## 6. When a refund may not be provided

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the following circumstances by themselves do not guarantee a refund:

- the user changed their mind;
- the user did not read the purchase description;
- the user expected different functionality;
- the user did not use the digital value received.

This rule does not limit user rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

## 7. Telegram Stars refunds

For digital purchases made using Telegram Stars, an approved refund is processed through the Telegram refund mechanism provided for Stars.

DigiDala does not ask the user to send Stars directly to the administration to arrange a refund.

A refund is considered completed after the successful refund operation has been confirmed through Telegram.

## 8. Payment support

The user may contact payment support at:

`digidala-sup@yandex.ru`

The `/paysupport` command is the primary channel for purchase-related inquiries inside Telegram. It opens payment support and tells the user what information is needed to review the inquiry.

## 9. Relationship to Telegram rules

These terms supplement and do not replace the applicable Telegram terms, including Telegram Stars rules and Bot Platform rules.

The user's acquisition of Telegram Stars itself is governed by Telegram's terms and those of the relevant payment provider.
