# ADR 005 — Staged migration of Mini App to server-backed state

## Decision

Move the Mini App to server-authoritative state in two stages:

1. read synchronization;
2. authenticated server writes.

The first stage deliberately retains local writes and a temporary offline fallback.
This isolates networking/read-path issues before changing occupation semantics.
