# DigiDala Alpha 50.9.10 — Legal publication and payment-support entry point

**Status:** local release candidate; not committed, tagged or deployed.

## Scope

This candidate takes `v0.4.0-alpha.50.9.9` as the verified engineering checkpoint and publishes the already prepared DigiDala legal documents through the Mini App and Telegram bot.

### Public legal documents

The release-managed source documents are:

- `docs/legal/USER_AGREEMENT.md`
- `docs/legal/RULES.md`
- `docs/legal/PRIVACY.md`
- `docs/legal/PAYMENTS_AND_REFUNDS.md`

The public HTML pages are generated into `apps/miniapp/legal/` by `scripts/build-legal-pages.mjs`.

### Mini App

- Adds persistent footer links to all four public legal documents.
- Keeps the links available without requiring a paid action.
- Version-bumps the Mini App stylesheet reference so the new footer styling is loaded after deployment.

### Telegram bot

- Adds a `📄 Документы` / `📄 Documents` button to the main bot menu.
- Adds a legal-document submenu with links to all four public documents.
- Adds `/terms`, `/rules`, `/privacy` and `/payments` commands.
- Adds `/paysupport` as the user-facing payment-support entry point.
- `/paysupport` currently provides the support contact/instructions and links to the payment/refund document; automated refund workflow remains a separate implementation stage.

### Internal documentation

- Updates the publication map with the stable public paths and current test-host location.
- Updates the payment-support implementation document to record the new manual entry point while keeping automated refund work open.
- Keeps the internal tax/accounting model separate from the public documents.

## Acceptance criteria

1. `npm run build:legal` regenerates the four public legal pages and index.
2. Source-document SHA-256 hashes embedded in generated pages match the Markdown sources.
3. `apps/miniapp/index.html` contains links to all four public documents.
4. The bot exposes the document menu and the five commands described above.
5. `/paysupport` gives a clear payment-support route and payment/refund document link.
6. Existing payment, Mandala, moderation, localization and navigation mechanics remain unchanged.
7. Local automated verification passes: Structure OK, JavaScript syntax OK, Unit 53/53, Integration 58/58, API 23/23 — 134/134 total.
8. Manual Telegram/Mini App QA verifies the legal links and `/paysupport` entry point after deployment.
