## Goal

Refine the Russian Mini App UI based on post-deploy Telegram QA while preserving application mechanics.

## Changes

- Replace the ambiguous `Всё хорошо` server-status text with a fixed `Состояние сервера` label and compact green `OK` / red `ERROR` indicator.
- Preserve occupation error messages as a temporary message below the status row.
- Apply dark native color-scheme styling to the Pix purchase select without replacing the native control or changing purchase behavior.
- Put Mandala descriptions into a compact framed block matching the state block's spacing and visual weight.
- Add minimal lotus and Buddhist-inspired corner ornamentation using lightweight CSS/SVG data only; no raster background assets.

## Functional-safety rule

No API state semantics, authentication, payment flow, Mandala lifecycle, navigation, synchronization or cell occupation mechanics are changed. The changes are limited to user-facing presentation and the visual treatment of existing status/error information.

Manual Telegram QA passed for the final Russian UI refinement:

- The Pix purchase select uses the intended dark native presentation.
- Mandala descriptions use the new framed block with matching internal spacing.
- The central lotus and rounded internal corner ornaments are visually correct; the previously rejected external straight corner lines are absent.
- No regression was observed in the Mandala grid, surrounding layout, navigation, payment flow or existing Mini App behavior covered by the release.
