The new QA workflow was also exercised against a temporary SQLite database:
- create daughter-qa-test clone with 0 Pix cell price;
- verified 100 cells and is_test=1;
- cleanup removed the QA campaign and its Mandala.

Important: the project working tree contains unrelated pre-existing local modifications. Do not use git add . when staging this candidate. Stage only the intended files after review.
